The Immobilizer System

This is an essential anti-theft measure that prevents car thieves from hotwiring the immobilizer or bypassing it in any other method. If the immobilizer doesn't recognize the key, it won't permit the engine to start regardless of whether someone tries to short-circuit the ignition circuit.
Modern cars come with modern electronic Engine Immobilizers that use changing codes that roll. The intelligent system will change the second code every time the key is used, and then insert it into the key's chip. The first code is permanent, and each time the key is inserted into the ignition, the immobilizer analyzes the two codes to determine if the two codes match.
